i find this to be the definitive video to understand Michael Jordan. this game, this first season. scoring, steals, blocks. FIRST season. the word was circulating around the league about Jordan. another thing that very interests me is how articulate Jordan is . wow, did he change that much later ? Jordan - at this stage - comes off as super-human - a kind of sentiment or label that seemed possibly appropriate many years later.

I know this comment may never be seen on a 12 yr old video, but that play at 8:30 when Mike broke King down and hit the most beautiful turn-around jumper shows all you need to see how far ahead MJ was as a rookie. Simply unbelievable. We’ll never witness anything again like GOAT23.

I love his leadership and his heart for the game..love it when he stops during his media conference to tell someone "I want my 5 bucks" and doesn't miss a beat with the media MJ is so gangster!!!...also so good to see real leadership on and off the court…firstly pulling Kukoc away from the ref and then tell luc lonley what he needs to step up on...MJ is that guy and why he is THE fkn Legend and unfortunately this type of leadership died when he left the game....

Reggie was tough as hell and never backed down from a player or a shot. But he’s incredibly overrated. The guy never won ANYTHING and in the biggest game of his career (game 7, 1998 @ Chicago) he got shut down and basically shut out. So when he had that quote about MJ calling him to come play with him and Reggie’s response was to tell Michael to “go F himself” it cracks me up that Reggie even puts himself in that hypothetical position. 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
